Description
White albite with a crystalline surface that catches the light, accompanied by dark, layered plates of muscovite. Small pale grey-lilac crystals with a distinct hexagonal form appear beside the muscovite, most likely fluorapatite, adding a subtle detail to the otherwise restrained specimen.
Lore
Mica has been valued for millennia for its luminous, reflective surface. Thin sheets of muscovite were shaped into sacred and funerary objects, while larger plates may have served as ritual mirrors, catching and reflecting the glow of fire. This long association with light and reflection lends the mineral a symbolism of clarity, insight, sacred vision and revelation.
