Most of our products are unique, one-of-a-kind pieces, including mineral specimens, natural objects, shells and other collectible or decorative items. Once an item is sold, it usually cannot be replaced with an identical specimen.
Because many of our items are natural objects, they may feature inclusions, variations in colour, texture, surface, structure, shape or other natural irregularities. These characteristics are inherent to the natural origin and individual character of the items and do not constitute defects.
We make every effort to present products accurately through photographs, descriptions, dimensions and other details. However, the appearance of colours, contrast and texture may vary depending on your screen, device settings and lighting conditions.
3. Product Information and Availability
We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, prices, availability and other information on the website at any time.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product information is accurate. However, occasional errors may occur, including errors in descriptions, pricing, availability, shipping information or images.
If we discover an error affecting your order, we will contact you as soon as possible. Where required, we may cancel the order and refund any amounts already paid.
Because our products are unique, availability is limited. Adding an item to the cart does not reserve it permanently.
4. Orders and Billing
When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected product or products.
An order is accepted when we confirm it and/or process the payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where legally permitted, including where:
- the product is unavailable;
- there is an obvious error in the product information or price;
- the payment cannot be processed;
- the shipping address cannot be served;
- we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse or unauthorized activity.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, billing and shipping information for all orders placed through the website.
Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Unless otherwise stated, prices are final prices for the customer. Maleficarum Julian Rudnik is currently not registered as an active VAT payer in Poland.
5. Payments
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers, such as PayPal, card payment processors or other payment services made available through Shopify.
By choosing a payment method, you may also be subject to the terms and privacy policies of the relevant payment provider.
We do not store full payment card details on our own systems.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We ship orders to the destinations and countries available at checkout.
Delivery times shown on the website or at checkout are estimates only and may vary depending on the carrier, destination, customs procedures, weather, holidays or other circumstances outside our control.
We pack fragile and delicate items with care, using protective materials appropriate to the nature of the item.
For consumer purchases, the risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you when you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, physically receive the goods.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and follow the instructions in our Refund Policy.
7. Returns, Withdrawal and Refunds
Consumers may have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days after receiving the order, without giving any reason.
Detailed rules regarding returns, withdrawal, damaged items and refunds are described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.
Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

9. Relationship with Shopify
Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to offer our products and services to you.
Any sales and purchases made through our store are made directly between you and Maleficarum Julian Rudnik, trading as Haus Maleficarum.
Shopify is not a party to the sales contract between you and us.
